Digital Coordination Platform for RMNCAH Investments

A national digital platform to end duplication in Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent Health investments by giving stakeholders real-time visibility into who is doing what, where.

Overview

Across Kenya, fragmented coordination among stakeholders continues to constrain the efficiency and impact of investments in Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent Health (RMNCAH). Limited visibility into who is implementing what, where, and with which resources has led to duplication, weakened accountability, and persistent service delivery gaps.

The project has developed a functional prototype of a national digital coordination platform, shaped through extensive stakeholder consultations, workshops, and validation processes involving government and partner organisations, and integrates governance structures aligned with national digital health strategies.

Improve real-time visibility of RMNCAH interventions, stakeholders, and resources across counties. Reduce duplication of effort and strengthen coordination among implementing partners. Position the platform for institutional adoption within national digital health strategy.

Our approach

The platform was shaped through extensive stakeholder consultation, workshops, and validation with government and partner organisations, and integrates governance structures aligned with national digital health strategy to support institutional adoption.
